Fullstack WordPress/CMS Developer

We are looking for a skilled Fullstack WordPress/CMS Developer with strong expertise in WordPress to join our team. You will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining complex WordPress-based websites and internal tools, with a focus on backend functionality, custom integrations, and CMS-driven workflows.

This is a hands-on development role where you will work closely with designers, project managers, and non-technical stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable solutions. The position requires regular onsite presence for collaboration and access to internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom WordPress plugins and themes from scratch.
• Build and manage Custom Post Types, taxonomies, Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), and custom admin interfaces.
• Create REST API endpoints, cron jobs, and automated backend processes.
• Implement lead capture forms, data syncing logic, and content management workflows.
• Optimize WordPress performance, security, and database queries.
• Work with CRM/automation tools such as GoHighLevel (GHL) and HubSpot (form embedding, data mapping, webhook handling).
• Write clean, secure, well-documented code following WordPress coding standards.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing WordPress installations.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute technical requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of professional WordPress development experience (backend-focused).
• Strong PHP proficiency and deep understanding of WordPress core (hooks, filters, REST API, cron, WP_Query).
• Experience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF Pro), custom post types, taxonomies, and admin customizations.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript (vanilla JS, AJAX, REST API integration) – React is a plus.
• Hands-on experience integrating with GoHighLevel (GHL) and/or HubSpot (forms, contacts, API/webhooks).
• Familiarity with modern CSS practices (utility classes, CSS variables, responsive design).
• Strong grasp of security best practices (nonces, sanitization, capability checks).
• Comfortable with Git version control and debugging tools.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
