Fulltime Pm Shift (230p-1030p) Med Tech,

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Med Techs to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving and will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for those they serve. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in promoting independence and dignity for clients with various needs.

Duties

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene needs.
• Monitor patient health by checking vital signs and reporting any changes to healthcare professionals.
• Assist clients with mobility and physical activities, including lifting when necessary.
• Support individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and household tasks.
• Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being and reduce feelings of isolation.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients by adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Document care provided and any changes in client condition accurately and timely.

Skills

• Strong background in healthcare is preferred.
• Experience working with elderly is a plus.
• Ability to monitor patients effectively and recognize changes in their condition.
• Proficiency in taking vital signs and understanding basic medical terminology.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others improve their quality of life.
• Physical capability to lift clients as needed while ensuring safety during transfers.

Certification:

• CBRF Certification (Preferred)
• Med Tech Certified (Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours:

Fulltime 30-32 per week PRN- No set hours but we do require two weekend shifts a month required plus one major holiday
