In this role, and similar to your current or past State Farm experience, you will engage directly with clients, guiding them through their insurance needs with professionalism and care. From answering questions about policy details to assisting with claims and billing, your expertise will make a lasting impact on our customers’ lives. Plus, there's a fantastic opportunity to boost your earnings through commissions by connecting clients with the right products tailored to their needs!

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver outstanding, friendly customer support through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Educate customers on insurance options and coverages using a customer-focused, needs-based approach.
  • Collaborate closely with our sales team to help achieve and exceed our agency's goals.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to promote our diverse range of products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to success, every single day!

What We're Looking For:

  • Current or previous State Farm agency experience.
  • Property & Casualty license required.
  • Life & Health license preferred, but can be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.
  • Proficient in English; multilingual skills are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of State Farm systems, including ABS, ECRM, billing, claims, etc.
  • Sales knowledge to assist with upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • A people-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary starting at $45,000 ($40,000 Base + Commissions/Bonuses).
  • Additional base salary and bonuses available for those currently licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health.
  • Earning potential of $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
  • Annual raises and year-end bonuses.
  • $2,000 Sign-on Bonus.
  • Comprehensive Group Health Insurance and 401(k) plan (employer match starts after 1st year).
