Job Title: Floater Teacher (Full-Time)
Location: San Ramon, CA
Compensation: Based on qualification and experience.

The Floater Teacher will assist lead teachers in maintaining a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment. This position requires flexibility, reliability, and a passion for working with children of various ages.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units
• Experience working with young children preferred
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers with daily instruction and supervision
• Provide coverage for teacher absences, breaks, or planning periods
• Assist with lesson preparation, classroom management, and student activities
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture
• Ensure safety and well-being of students at all times
• Maintain communication with staff and administration
• Support the implementation of school policies and procedures
