FULLY REMOTE - Family Law Attorney

Our client is one of the best family law firms that value flexibility, collaboration, and work-life balance are looking for experienced Family Law Attorneys to join them remotely and help make a real difference in the lives of California families.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle a full range of family law matters — divorce, custody, support, DV, and property division.
• Represent clients through all phases of litigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
• Appear in court as needed — no daily commute to the office required.
• Communicate with empathy and clarity throughout every step of the case.

What We’re Looking For:

• JD + Active CA Bar license
• 2+ years of family law experience
• Good to be a Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS)
• Strong knowledge of CA family law & procedures
• Excellent communication and case management skills
• Must reside in California

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 - $300,000 base annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
