FUNCTIONAL AUDITOR

job Title: Functional Auditor - Retail

Location: Dubai

PASONS GROUP leading retail industry with different business divisions is seeking to hire experienced Functional Auditor to conduct audits and evaluations of retail operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, effectiveness of internal controls, and identifying process improvements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and retail industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct compliance audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.

2. Perform performance audits to evaluate efficiency, effectiveness, and economy of retail operations.

3. Identify, assess, and report on risks, controls, and process improvements.

4. Develop and implement audit plans, programs, and procedures.

5. Conduct interviews, observations, and data analysis.

6. Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to management.

7. Collaborate with management to implement audit recommendations.

8. Monitor and follow up on audit action plans.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field.

2. 3+ years of Internal auditing experience , with a focus on compliance and performance auditing.

3. Retail industry experience is mandatory.

Retail Industry Knowledge:

1. Familiarity with retail operation(hypermarket/supermarket), including sales, inventory management, and supply chain.
