• Understanding the requirements and provide functional documents in line to product and client architecture
• Conducting periodic review meetings with Project Managers, Technical Business Analyst’s to finalize high level project schedule, resource planning and effort estimation.
• Re Analyzing business and Functional process in the bank and recommending best practices.
• Interacting with offshore teams and providing optimal solutions
• Conducting periodic training with team members to minimize escalation and improve TAT for production Issues.
• Strong documentation skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Preparing Functional Testing Strategy and review test scripts
• Preparing Test data and test execution strategy

Academic Qaulification: Bachelors in Information technology
