We’re looking for a Shopfloor Control Implementation Lead. You’ll join an awesome team to support our growing customer base.
As a key member of our implementation team, you’ll lead the strategic deployment of our real‑time Shopfloor Control software for sewn‑products manufacturers across the Americas. You’ll combine hands‑on sewn‑goods manufacturing expertise with project leadership to help customers improve productivity, utilization, and quality.
In this role, you will guide customers through the full implementation cycle—from planning and configuration to pilot, rollout, and post‑go‑live support. You’ll analyze plant operations, engineering workflows, production methods, and incentive‑pay structures to design solutions that maximize throughput and efficiency.
You will translate customer challenges into practical recommendations, configure system modules, define KPIs, and quantify expected improvements. You’ll also drive change management by delivering training, workshops, and presentations for operators, supervisors, and leadership teams. Collaboration is essential—you’ll partner with sales, product, and support teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and success metrics, while sharing lessons learned to help continuously enhance our product and services.
You bring deep expertise in sewn‑products manufacturing and a strong understanding of production modes such as modular, batch, bundle, and single‑piece flow. You have experience leading complex implementation or improvement projects, and you’re comfortable assessing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending actionable, measurable improvements.
You shine in front of customers—whether training teams, presenting findings, or guiding change. You’re analytical, hands‑on, and naturally collaborative. Travel across North, Central, and South America fits your style, and you’re energized by helping plants achieve real, lasting performance gains.
