📍 Location: Mohali / Chandigarh | Full-time | Work from Office

🔍 What You Bring

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

✅ 5–8+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant / Business Analyst with strong focus on system analysis & process improvement

✅ Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements

✅ Hands-on experience creating JIRA stories and working with development teams

✅ Treasure Data CDP certification preferred (or equivalent enterprise CDP implementation experience)

✅ Strong understanding of Martech CDP data platforms

✅ Solid knowledge of business processes, system workflows, and value-driven solutions

✅ Experience with system analysis, process mapping, and functional design

✅ Strong exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

✅ MBA in Marketing (preferred)

✅ Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence , and requirements management tools

✅ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills , working with both technical and non-technical teams

• Analyze existing business systems and workflows to identify objectives, challenges, and improvement opportunities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and document functional requirements

• Ensure alignment between business needs and system/product capabilities

2️⃣ Functional Specifications & Requirements

• Create clear, comprehensive functional specifications outlining processes, requirements, and outcomes

• Translate requirements into detailed JIRA stories for development teams

3️⃣ System Analysis & Process Improvement

• Identify system gaps, inefficiencies, and enhancement opportunities

• Recommend and design solutions that improve performance and align with business goals

• Partner with technical teams to assess feasibility and impact of proposed changes

4️⃣ Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure clarity and smooth execution

• Provide functional guidance during development, testing, and UAT phases

5️⃣ Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate documentation for requirements, specifications, and enhancements

• Track progress of functional requirements and JIRA stories to ensure timely delivery

• Continuously refine documentation based on feedback and system changes

6️⃣ Product Enhancement & System Evolution

• Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify improvement areas

• Support design, testing, and rollout of product enhancements

• Ensure successful implementation of new features that drive business value

7️⃣ Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement

• Proactively identify and resolve system or functionality issues

• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and ensure operational stability
