Functional Consultant (ServiceNow)

Systems Arabia is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Functional Consultant to support the design, configuration, and delivery of ServiceNow CRM solutions across Lead-to-Contract (L2C) and Contract-to-Cash (C2C) processes with the below skillset:

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements through workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Configure ServiceNow CRM/SFA modules including leads, opportunities, accounts, and contracts
• Design and support approval workflows, quotation processes, and contract lifecycle workflows
• Coordinate with technical teams on integrations with ERP and finance systems
• Prepare functional documents including BRDs, FSDs, process flows, and user stories
• Support UAT activities, issue resolution, and end-user training
• Work closely with clients, developers, and project teams to ensure successful delivery
• Provide post-go-live support and process improvement recommendations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow functional consulting experience
• Experience with CRM, Lead-to-Contract, or Contract-to-Cash implementations
• Knowledge of ServiceNow CRM, CSM, SFA, Contract Management, and Flow Designer
• Understanding of integrations with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required
• ServiceNow CIS certification preferred
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC projects is an advantage
• Arabic language skills are preferred
