Key Responsibilities Includes:
Client-Side Delivery & Enablement:
- Embed with client teams to understand end-to-end business processes
- Own functional delivery of agent use cases from ideation to production
- Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
Agent Design & Configuration (Hands-On):
- Microsoft Copilot Studio OR Google Agentspace (Mandatory)
- Define agent intents, conversation flows, actions, tools, and guardrails
- Configure integrations with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, ticketing, files, APIs)
- Iterate rapidly based on user feedback and usage telemetry
Business Analysis & Process Modeling
- Identify high-value automation and augmentation opportunities
- Document workflows, decision logic, and edge cases clearly
- Define and track success metrics (e.g., cycle time reduction, deflection, accuracy, adoption)
Governance, Quality & Adoption
- Ensure agents align with enterprise security, governance, and compliance standards
- Implement prompt standards, escalation paths, and human-in-the-loop patterns
- Support UAT, rollout planning, and change management activities
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, functional consulting, or product delivery
- Proven experience working directly with client stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with no-code / low-code platforms (e.g., Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Google Workspace)
- Strong understanding of LLM-based agent behavior (intent, context, tools, memory)
- Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into working agent configurations
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, forward-deployed client environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
