Functional Medicine/Wellness Provider (PA or NP)

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Functional Medicine/Wellness Provider (PA or NP) in Austin, TX to join our innovative healthcare team. Duties

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and functional medicine health & wellness assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized wellness plans integrating functional medicine principles, nutrition guidance, lifestyle modifications, and supplement protocols.
• Administer advanced procedures such as IV infusions, botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, esthetic laser treatments, and other minimally invasive therapies.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions utilizing skills in pain management, infectious disease care, behavioral health support, and geriatrics.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems like Zenoti for accurate documentation of patient encounters, treatment plans, and medical records.
• Coordinate with specialists for diagnostic evaluations including laboratory testing.
• Provide health coaching and education on topics.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain sterile processing standards during procedures requiring aseptic technique or sterile environments.

Experience

• Proven clinical experience in functional medicine or integrative wellness settings with familiarity in primary care practices.
• Background working IV Nutrition, Peptide therapy, HRT, and Metabolic Optimization using advanced GLP-1 therapies.
• Hands-on experience with advanced procedures such as Botox or dermal fillers.
