Key Responsibilities

Provide general support across functional areas such as HR, administration, operations, or office management.

Assist teams with documentation, reporting, and workflow coordination.

Act as a liaison for Chinese-speaking employees, supporting translation and cross-cultural communication.

Help coordinate meetings, events, and internal processes.

Support supervisors and management with ad-hoc tasks and projects.

Ensure smooth daily operations across relevant departments.
🎓 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

2–3 years of work experience
in administrative, HR, operations, or general functional support roles.

Fluent in
Chinese and English
; knowledge of Turkish is a plus.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
