Role Purpose

Lead and manage end-to-end functional testing activities, ensuring delivery of high-quality software aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Define test strategy, test plans, and QA governance frameworks.
• Lead and manage QA teams across multiple projects.
• Oversee test execution, defect management, and reporting.
• Ensure alignment of testing with business goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement validation and risk assessment.
• Drive automation adoption and continuous improvement in QA processes.
• Manage UAT coordination and sign-offs.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management for QA teams.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in functional testing, test strategy, and QA governance.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, ALM, Azure DevOps).
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Strong reporting and communication skills.
