Fund Assistant Manager

In this role, you will:

Design and implement SME-focused grant programs with SEDF and UNIDO

Assess business needs and identify growth opportunities across sectors

Manage fair and transparent grant application and selection processes

Provide technical guidance to SMEs on utilizing grant funding effectively

Monitor and evaluate the impact of grant initiatives on jobs and businesses

Build partnerships with businesses, industry bodies, and government stakeholders

Ensure compliance with donor and organizational requirements

Prepare progress reports for SEDF, UNIDO, and other partners
