Fund Manager for Category III AIF

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business Management, or related field; MBA / CFA / CA is highly desirable.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in fund/asset management, with significant exposure to alternative investments or AIF Category III (or equivalent) strategy.
• Proven track record of generating strong risk-adjusted returns, preferably in funds or portfolios using sophisticated strategies (unlisted shares, derivatives, growth capital, long/short).
• Deep understanding of Indian capital markets, derivatives/F&O (if applicable), regulatory environment for AIFs, fund structuring. iimjobs.com+2Weekday Jobs+2
• Strong investment modelling, valuation and research skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
• High level of integrity, self-motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong network with investors (HNIs, UHNIs, family offices) desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
