Job Purpose:
To lead fund sales by acquiring high-value investors, strengthening institutional relationships, and driving business growth for mutual fund and investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of mutual funds, pension funds, and investment plans.
- Acquire HNWIs, corporates, and institutional clients.
- Manage and grow key distributor and banking relationships.
- Conduct presentations, product pitches, and investment discussions.
- Ensure exceptional client servicing and portfolio follow-ups.
- Track market trends and competitor offerings.
- Achieve targets while ensuring compliance with SECP and internal policies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS, and business development reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Finance, or Economics.
- 4–7 years of AMC or financial sector experience in fund sales.
- Strong understanding of investment products, markets, and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
