Funded traineeship for young graduates at the EU Delegation to Saudi Arabia - Administration Section

The EU Delegation to Saudi Arabia is offering a funded traineeship for young graduates in the Administration Section, starting in November 2025 at the earliest. The traineeship is for up to 6 months.

The Administration Section provides logistical, financial, and human resources support for the delegation's operations and staff. The main tasks of the traineeship include:

• Assisting with the preparation of administrative files
• Contributing to the preparation of logistical support for incoming missions
• Conducting market research and analysis of best possible offers and service providers
• Supporting the management of contracts and tender procedures
• Supporting the organization of high-level visits (logistics and protocol)

The ideal candidate should have:

• A University diploma, at least a Bachelor degree, in a field relevant to the task of the section
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
• Deeper knowledge and past experience in Saudi Arabia, other Gulf countries, and the Middle East is an advantage
