Funding Manager

Experience – 04 to 12 Years

Key Responsibilities

Funding & Lender Management

• Lead end-to-end funding activities including project loans, construction finance, and working capital facilities.
• Manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, HFCs, and other financial institutions.
• Handle complete lender documentation, CP/CS compliance, and ensure timely disbursements.
• Coordinate with valuers, legal consultants, auditors, trustees, and insurance partners.

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Own project cash flows, feasibility studies, and financial models.
• Prepare and present MIS, funding trackers, and financial insights to management.
• Support key funding and investment decisions with accurate financial analysis.

Accounting & Compliance

• Contribute to accounts management, books finalisation, and statutory compliances.
• Oversee taxation matters including direct and indirect taxes.
• Lead RERA compliance and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with internal teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Act as a single point of contact for all funding-related matters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
