About CHF:Child Heart Foundation is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to ensuring that no child dies due to congenital heart disease (CHD) for want of timely diagnosis or financial support. We work through awareness programs, screening camps, and funding life-saving treatments for children from economically weaker families.

Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive corporate and institutional fundraising at CHF. This role is ideal for someone from a sales or business development background who wants to apply their relationship-building and negotiation skills to a meaningful social cause.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and engage corporate and CSR partners for healthcare and child welfare projects.

· Develop proposals and manage end-to-end donor relationships.

· Maintain a strong fundraising pipeline and achieve defined targets.

· Coordinate reporting, donor communications, and impact documentation.

· Represent CHF at CSR forums and networking events.

Qualifications:

· Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).

· 2-4 years’ experience in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, or CSR fundraising.

· Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

· Passion for child health and social impact.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
