Job Opening – Fundraising & CRM Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a Fundraising & CRM Coordinator (also known as Fundraising & Lead Management Executive) to support our donor outreach, engagement, and data management efforts. This is an onsite position requiring full-time availability during US business hours.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in donor engagement, lead management, and online outreach. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to new and existing donors via multiple channels
- Accurately enter and manage donor/lead data in the CRM system
- Follow up with past donors to strengthen relationships and encourage continued support
- Research and connect with potential donors on Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Initiate meaningful conversations to build trust and drive engagement
- Draft and send weekly donor newsletters
- Manage social media accounts and assist in posting relevant content
Requirements
- Proven experience in fundraising, donor engagement, or lead management
- Hands-on experience with outbound outreach (Facebook, Instagram, Email, LinkedIn)
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage leads efficiently
- Availability to work full-time, starting at 8:00 AM New York time
- Basic understanding of social media management
Preferred Skills
- Experience creating or managing Facebook Ads
- Familiarity with social media marketing campaigns and promotions
