RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with project managers and team members to plan and schedule carpentry projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to understand project requirements and communicate deliverables.
• Organize and schedule resources, including carpenters, equipment, and materials, to ensure they are available when needed.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to the job site.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and clients, addressing any delays or issues proactively.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits.
