Our showroom is designed around a sectional-first experience, where customers get expert guidance on layout, sizing, configuration, and comfort — helping them make confident decisions quickly.

As we continue expanding, we’re looking for a Sales Consultant who enjoys helping customers solve real living-room challenges and turning a stressful purchase into an easy, enjoyable experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome customers and guide them through our curated sectional-first showroom experience
  • Help customers evaluate:

- Room dimensions and layout
- Sectional configuration options
- Comfort and lifestyle needs

  • Become an expert in our core lineup of best-selling sectionals and sofas
  • Recommend complementary add-ons such as delivery services, protection plans, and accent pieces
  • Use tablets and showroom tools to support in-store and online inquiries
  • Coordinate with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Maintain a polished, inviting showroom presentation
  • Take ownership of your sales performance and customer satisfaction

This is a consultative showroom role, not a transactional retail job.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years retail sales experience (furniture or high-ticket sales preferred)
  • Strong consultative selling mindset —talking to customers is natural and easy, you build trust, guide decisions, not just answer questions
  • Comfortable discussing room sizing and sectional configuration options
  • Tech-comfortable with tablets, CRM tools, and online orders
  • Professional, reliable, and performance-driven
  • Able to assist with light furniture movement with team support

Bonus if you have:

  • Furniture showroom experience
  • Interior design interest or training
  • Experience selling configurable sectionals
  • Showroom merchandising experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
