Job Overview:

Divine Furniture is seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our growing team. We specialize in providing high-quality, stylish, and affordable furniture for homes and offices. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our wide range of furniture products to customers, ensuring a delightful shopping experience, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers and understand their furniture needs.
• Present and recommend suitable products from our collection.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process, from selection to payment.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and new arrivals.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing store display.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent after-sales support.

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years furniture industrie experience in uae.
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in furniture or retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to handle multiple customers simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of furniture styles and materials is a plus.
• Plus Point : Driving License UAE

Compensation:

• Basic Salary: AED 2000 - AED 3500 (depending on experience)
• Commission: 1% commission on sales, applicable after achieving set monthly sales targets.
