Sales Officer / Showroom Sales Executive (Building Materials Trading)

1. Customer Interaction & Sales • Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom in a professional and friendly manner. • Understand client needs and recommend suitable building materials, tools, and accessories. • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders with accuracy. • Follow up with clients via WhatsApp, phone, or email to close sales and ensure satisfaction. 2. Product Knowledge & Presentation • Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s product range (tools, paints, tiles, lighting, hardware, etc.). • Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and technical specifications. • Ensure all products are displayed neatly and priced correctly in the showroom. 3. Contractor & Project Relations • Identify and build relationships with contractors, builders, and renovation companies. • Offer customized supply solutions for ongoing projects. • Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure timely delivery to project sites. • Represent Star Crafters professionally during any site visits or external meetings. 4. Coordination & Reporting • Collaborate with the operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing. • Keep daily sales records and update management on performance and client feedback. • Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and showroom stock levels. • Support management in implementing promotional campaigns and client outreach initiatives. 5. Professional Conduct • Maintain a customer-first attitude, with honesty and reliability as core values. • Follow company policies on pricing, discounts, and client communication. • Uphold the image and reputation of Star Crafters as a trusted supplier.
