Furniture workshop manager

Located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, JIFCO specializes in understanding and meeting the evolving needs of its customers, helping them achieve their décor dreams.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Furniture Workshop Manager at JIFCO Trading LLC in Dubai. The Furniture Workshop Manager will oversee daily operations of the workshop, manage a team of carpenters, ensure quality control, and coordinate with other departments to meet production schedules. Responsibilities include supervising workshop staff, planning production activities, maintaining equipment, ensuring safety protocols, and handling client requests. While based in Dubai, some work from home is acceptable.

• Experience in workshop management, furniture production, and carpentry
• Skills in team supervision, quality control, and project management
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety protocols
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to plan and manage production schedules
• Experience in the décor or furniture industry is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in management, engineering, or a related field
