Role : Fusion HCM ORC Consultant

Exp : 5 to 12Yrs

Location: Pan India (LTIMindtree Offices)

• Fusion HCM Techno Functional with ORC (Recruit Cloud)
• 4 years of experience in Oracle Fusion ORC and Talent application
• Good techno functional knowledge of recruiting process in OLC
• Expert in Oracle Fusion technology stack including Oracle Cloud HCM Approval workflows Oracle HCM BI Publisher OTBI reports HCM Data loader HCM security framework Fast Formula HCM Extracts
• Develop and modify reports interfaces extensions and workflows to enhance functionality
• Ensure seamless data flow between Oracle Fusion HCM and other systems
• Provide ongoing technical support to clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Perform regular maintenance and updates
• Assist in data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion HCM applications
• Prepare technical documentation user manuals and system guides
• Collaborate with team lead functional consultants and other team members
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to best practices and standards
• Conduct testing to ensure that configurations and customizations meet business needs
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM applications and modules Familiarity with Oracle Fusions architecture standards and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Previous experience in Oracle Fusion implementation and customization is highly desirable
