We are looking for a
Future Warehouse Manager
who will shape the next generation of Arvato’s logistics operations in Turkey.
You will
follow global logistics and automation trends
, identify
best practices
, and
translate them into local projects
. This role combines
strategic vision and hands-on execution
— designing innovative warehouse concepts, leading automation & digitalization projects, and collaborating with global teams to bring future-ready solutions to life.
What you’ll do

Analyze warehouse processes to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities.

Continuously monitor market trends, global Warehouse best practices, technologies (AGV, AMR, ASRS, G2P, Robotic, Sorters, AI-based technologies, digital twins, etc.), and potential suppliers.

Conduct operational fit analyses, ROI calculations, and business case preparations for new technology projects. Measure and report the savings and efficiency gains generated by new technology deployments.

Design, implement and lead pilot projects for new automation or digitalization solutions to improve efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to execute transformation projects.

Align local warehouse transformation projects with Arvato’s global innovation roadmap.

Support internal “Future of Work” initiatives, including digital upskilling, change management, and team adoption of new tools. Act as a change leader and drive the adoption of new technologies within the organization.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechatronics, Electronical, Mechanical, etc.).

5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, design, logistics engineering, automation, or logistics transformation.

Solid knowledge of warehouse automation systems, material handling technologies, WCS/WES and related integrations.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to conduct ROI, TCO, CAPEX/OPEX assessments.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
