FWA Officer

• Monitor and detect potential fraud, waste, and abuse in claims and policy transactions
• Review suspicious claims, billing patterns, and documentation discrepancies
• Conduct investigations and prepare detailed reports with findings and recommendations
• Coordinate with Claims, Underwriting, Compliance, and Legal teams for case resolution
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal FWA policies
• Maintain FWA incident records and submit periodic reports to management
• Support internal audits and regulatory inspections
• Conduct awareness sessions to promote fraud prevention practices
