Gallery Associate / Operation Executive

As a Gallery Associate, you will play a crucial support role in the daily operations of the gallery. You’ll assist in organizing exhibitions, maintaining accurate inventory and sales data, liaising with artists and clients, and supporting marketing and sales initiatives. This is an ideal role for candidates passionate about art and looking to build a career in the gallery or cultural sector.

KEY DELIVERABLES:
Gallery Operations:
 Support the daily functioning of the gallery space including exhibition setup, coordination, and tear-down.
 Maintain and update databases related to inventory, sales, and exhibitions.
 Assist in organizing opening receptions, walkthroughs, and client visits.

Artist & Client Coordination:
 Coordinate with artists and vendors for artwork logistics and documentation.
 Communicate professionally with clients for inquiries, appointments, and purchases.
 Maintain accurate records of artist portfolios and consignment agreements.

Marketing Support:
 Assist in creating and proofreading digital and print marketing material (catalogs, emailers, social posts).
 Support the marketing team in planning and executing promotional campaigns.
 Help manage the gallery’s social media presence with timely posts and updates.

Project Management:
Assist with documentation, filing, and maintaining gallery archives.
Support internal coordination for logistics, transportation, and vendor follow-ups.
Help ensure the gallery space is always maintained to professional standards.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Arts Management, or a related field.
 0–3 years of experience, preferably in the art, cultural, design, or luxury industries.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Detail-oriented with a proactive and organized approach to tasks.
 Passionate about visual arts and cultural engagement.
