Gallery Attendant – Six Senses Amaala

Duties and Responsibilities
As Gallery Attendant, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:

• Check and assist with the setup of daily operations of the gallery area according to Six Senses standards.
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the gallery area.
• Answer the telephone and email communications.
• Report lost and found items and submit guest incident reports to management.
• Keep up with trends and suggest to retail manager possible local natural brands or products.
• Itemize every item in the gallery with names and codes for easy reordering and updating.
• Create promotions
• Be familiar with room amenities, layout, rate structure and outlets (e.g. Operation hours, menu, promotions, prices, etc.) Facilities and services offered in the property.
• Responsible for weekly redecoration.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, grooming and hygiene.
• Knowledge of all safety, security and emergency procedures related to my position in line with brand and statutory requirements.
• Ensure all equipment of the department is kept clean and in good working condition.
• Attend meetings and training as required.
• Knowledge and strict adherence to LQA standards.

Qualifications
To execute the position of Gallery Attendant, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:

• Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I am familiar with Micros and other POS systems. I keep myself updated with the latest trends in galleries, fashion and Visual Merchandising.
• Fluent in English
