Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, cancellations, and special requests
- Support night audit procedures as needed to reconcile daily financial transactions (if applicable)
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and well-maintained
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to guest services, safety, and security
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems is a plus
- Ability to remain energetic, professional, and attentive in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in resort or hotel settings is advantageous but not required
