Game Designer

We’re looking for a passionate Game Designer to join Hypermonk Games. You’ll be vital in creating captivating gaming experiences for this role. You’ll be collaborating closely with our diverse team of developers, artists, and fellow designers to create engaging games enjoyed by millions worldwide.

What you will be doing:

• Working as part of the design team, taking responsibility for multiple mobile game projects, from an initial pitch to a global launch.
• Keep track of market trends and come up with game ideas that the ever-changing gaming audience will receive well.
• Designing compelling game mechanics using modern mobile design principles.
• Creating, balancing, and tuning game mechanics, game difficulty, and UI flow.
• Creating levels and additional content using Unity for new and existing games.
• Evolving and adapting game designs based on playtesting, feedback, and live metrics.
• Driving long-term player engagement by understanding mobile players' needs and motivations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Having a strong passion for inventing and improving game experiences,
• Being enthusiastic about analyzing products and idea experimentation,
• Project management skills to support cross-team collaboration,
• Work in close collaboration with the developer team,
• Contributing fully to the creative process,
• Proficiency in Unity Game Engine,
