Senior Unity Developer

We are a dedicated team of developers, designers, artists, programmers, and most importantly gaming enthusiasts. Our goal is to become a permanent brand and one of the important actors in the mid-core gaming world since 2010. We are building multiplayer action shooter games.

We are looking for passionate candidates to join our team as Lead Unity Developer .

What are we looking for?

• A deep passion for playing and developing games, with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
• Over 5 years of experience in game development, showcasing a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in C# with strong, clean programming skills and a focus on writing efficient and maintainable code.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, with the discipline to apply them appropriately without overuse.
• Experience with the Entity Component System (ECS) architectural pattern, ensuring modular and scalable code.
• Ability to develop client-side modules that effectively communicate with HTTP backend services.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
• Exceptional reporting and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and a positive attitude within a team environment.
• A continuous learner who is eager to stay updated with the latest industry trends and share knowledge with others.

What will you do?

• Design, implement and maintain various gameplay systems for the game.
• Act as a service-oriented ambassador of engineering to the rest of the team, while delivering high-quality and well-structured code.
• Work closely with game designers, programmers, and artists to ensure an excellent player experience.
• Build, maintain, and improve our systems in existing and new tech stacks (such as Unity ECS/DOTS).
• Be a role model with confirmed coding skills, an innovative mindset, and the ability to encourage those around you.
• Be proactive and drive your initiatives.
• Be part of the creative journey, actively contribute to the creative process, and then complete it.
• Be responsible for the code that you create.
