Game Designer

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging gameplay mechanics, levels, and progression systems.
• Define game rules, difficulty scaling, and balancing.
• Work with developers and artists to implement designs.
• Conduct user testing and adjust gameplay based on feedback.
• Document design guidelines and maintain GDD (Game Design Document).

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of game mechanics and player psychology.
• Knowledge of Unity workflows for prototyping.
• Creativity and storytelling ability.
• Experience with level editors and design tools.
• Analytical skills to evaluate game metrics and retention.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
