Metas Research Studio is looking for a Game Designer (NOT graphic designer / NOT UI/UX / NOT 3D artist).

Role: Game Designer

We need someone who can design gameplay, mechanics, levels, and player flow — not visuals or art.

• You MUST have: Experience creating GDDs / game documents
• Ability to design gameplay mechanics & loops
• Experience with Unreal (prototyping)
• A portfolio that includes game design work.

Nice to Have :

• Experience in VR/AR
• Level design
• Gamification or educational games
