About the Project

We’re building MAGAdeddon, a politically satirical, action-packed indie game in its early stages. The game uses politics as a framework for satire, but it is not pushing any political agenda. The focus is on fun, parody, and creative storytelling inspired by real-world themes.

Role: Game Designer

Compensation: No upfront pay. Royalties downstream from:

  • Ad revenue
  • App/game sales
  • Sponsorships
  • Overall game success

Commitment: Remote, flexible, no minimum hours — passion-driven collaboration.

Ownership: Opportunities available for committed contributors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine game mechanics, systems, and progression loops.
  • Create engaging levels, challenges, and scenarios that fit the satirical tone.
  • Collaborate with devs, artists, and writers to align gameplay with story direction.
  • Prototype and test gameplay concepts.

Qualifications

  • Experience designing mechanics for 2D/3D games.
  • Strong creative and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with balancing gameplay for fun and replayability.
  • Passion for satire and indie games
