Game Host/Game Masters greet players, deliver game briefings, monitor live games, provide clues, and reset rooms with accuracy and speed. Duties

• Lead and facilitate engaging game sessions, activities, and themed events for diverse audiences, including children and adults.
• Manage event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and ensuring all equipment is safe and operational.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and assisting with game instructions or rules.
• Handle guest conflicts or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain a positive environment.
• Oversee cash handling during ticket sales or merchandise transactions with accuracy and integrity.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth event flow and uphold high standards of hospitality.
• Maintain a lively atmosphere by using public speaking skills to motivate guests and encourage participation.

Skills

• Proven experience in events management or hosting engaging activities in entertainment or hospitality settings.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to resolve guest issues diplomatically.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Experience working with children and understanding their needs in a recreational setting.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Comfortable with public speaking, theater performances, or presenting in front of groups to energize audiences.
