• Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Live Sales Execution: Host high-energy live streaming sessions (typically 3–6 hours) presenting crystals, mineral specimens, and jewelry.
• Audience Engagement: Interact with viewers in real-time by answering questions, acknowledging comments, and fostering an inclusive "vibe" that keeps people watching.
• Product Demonstration: Clearly showcase the unique features of each piece, including its physical properties (clarity, origin, luster) and metaphysical properties (meanings, energy, usage tips).
• Real-Time Inventory Management: Manage the flow of the show by tracking "claims," running auctions, and managing giveaways without losing momentum.
• Community Building: Build a loyal following by maintaining a consistent brand voice and personal connection with frequent buyers.<Skills>
• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or live streaming roles with a vibrant online presence
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies including SEO, social media marketing, Facebook Advertising, and branding principles
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for creating compelling visual content
• Skilled in video editing techniques to produce high-quality live streams and promotional videos
• Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer (application) for scheduling posts and monitoring engagement
• Excellent relationship management skills to build rapport with viewers, partners, and team members
• Ability to perform keyword research and web analytics analysis to optimize content reach and effectiveness
• Strong proofreading skills for ensuring clear, error-free communication across all platforms
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms for seamless integration of live sales into online stores
• Experience in photography for capturing appealing product images during live sessions or pre-recorded content

Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
