Responsibilities
- Host live streaming sessions across various social media platforms, engaging audiences with lively commentary and interactive segments.
- Assist in planning and preparing content for livestreams, including coordinating schedules and topics.
- Manage real-time interactions with viewers through chat moderation, responding to questions, comments, and feedback to foster community engagement.
- Support the creation of multimedia content such as graphics, videos, and photography using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite tools.
- Monitor social listening tools and web analytics like Google Analytics to gauge audience engagement and optimize future broadcasts.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on social media marketing campaigns, including Facebook Advertising and platform-specific promotions.
- Maintain relationships with followers and partners through effective relationship management strategies using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Proofread scripts, captions, and promotional materials to ensure clarity and brand consistency.
- Assist with branding initiatives by creating visually appealing graphics that align with campaign themes.
- Support e-commerce activities by showcasing products during livestreams and contributing to product photography efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience or strong interest in livestream hosting, digital marketing, or social media management.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
- Ability to edit videos using video editing software to produce engaging content for live streams or post-production purposes.
- Strong communication skills with an energetic presence that can captivate online audiences.
- Experience with social media advertising campaigns like Facebook Ads is a plus.
- Excellent proofreading skills combined with attention to detail for content accuracy.
