Learn the business behind the games you play.

Arc Games is looking for curious, resourceful gamers ready to get hands-on experience in game publishing. Over four months, you'll rotate through quality assurance, production, and marketing — working directly alongside a dedicated mentor and building a real understanding of how games go from development to launch to live service.

Program Details: 4 Months Program. Sunnyvale, California. Hybrid schedule, 3 days in office, Part Time Employee. $30 / hour.

What You'll Do

· Gain hands-on exposure to quality assurance — testing builds, tracking issues, and learning how titles are polished before release.

· Rotate into production and marketing, supporting live-service publishing work across Arc Games' portfolio, including Star Trek Online, Neverwinter, and Perfect World International.

· Work alongside experienced publishing, production, and marketing teams on real projects — not busywork.

· Build an end-to-end understanding of the game publishing lifecycle, from QA through live operations.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma required, plus some college experience (junior college, college, or university — no degree needed).
• A genuine gamer — hardcore gamers preferred. Please be ready to share your Steam profile as part of the application.
• Sharp, resourceful problem-solvers who want to break into the gaming industry.
• Available to work in-office 3 days a week in Sunnyvale, CA, alongside our program mentor.
• Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of hire.
