Gamified Product & AI Manager
We’re looking for a Gamified Product & AI Manager who will take ownership of an important phygital operation heavily leaning towards gamification (thousands of physical and tens of thousands of digital participants, bringing together creativity, technology, and community).
In this role, you won’t just manage a product — you’ll design and orchestrate a living, evolving, gamified experience. Participants will interact with the operation through a dedicated mobile interface and various physical interfaces, where gamified mechanics, social interaction, and AI-supported features come together to elevate engagement before, during, and after the event.
You will be the ultimate owner of this product: from defining the scope and vision, to coordinating internal and external teams, from launching the event according to a strict schedule, to optimizing and preparing the product for future seasons.
This role demands a strong product mindset, a disciplined approach to project and process management, a deep understanding of gamification, and the ability to leverage AI as a meaningful enabler, not just a buzzword.

- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the phygital event application, from concept to launch, optimization, and post-event iteration.
- Define the product vision, scope, and roadmap, aligning business goals, user experience, and technical feasibility.
- Lead the delivery of a gamified, mobile, and physical experience, ensuring seamless interaction for participants throughout the event.
- Coordinate and synchronize internal teams and/or external 3rd‑party development partners, acting as the single point of contact and accountability.
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and priorities across design, development, content, and event teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure the app is data-driven, trackable, and performance-focused, enabling real-time insights and post-event analysis.
- Take full responsibility for the launch, stability, optimization, and continuous improvement of the product.
- Integrate AI-supported features and workflows where they add real value — from preparation to live usage and optimization.
- Drive social gaming mechanics and modular systems that allow the product to evolve, scale, and “level up” for future editions.
- Champion a “Gamified Phygital” mindset, ensuring every feature serves engagement, motivation, and memorable user experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in launching at least one application and taking responsibility through its end-to-end lifecycle
- Strong background in Product Management, with hands-on experience managing timelines, scope, and cross-functional teams.
- A gamification-first mindset: understanding mechanics, motivation, engagement loops, and social interaction design.
- Experience working with AI-driven features, tools, or workflows, and the ability to translate them into product value.
- Highly data-driven and efficiency-oriented, with a clear focus on outcomes and optimization.
- Comfortable acting as the final decision-maker and owner of the product and its success.
- Experience in managing communications and operations with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to think modularly and long-term, designing products that can evolve season over season.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in working at the intersection of technology, creativity, and live experiences.
