• Welcome customers and guide them about available games.
• Explain game rules, controls, and safety instructions clearly.
• Assist first-time players with how to start and play.
• Inform customers about ongoing offers, packages, and pricing.
• Provide quick help during gameplay if anyone faces difficulty.
• Maintain a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ensure gaming machines, consoles, and accessories are in working order
