Job Description

We are looking for a Gaming Technician who is passionate about PC building, gaming setups, and electronics repair. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate confidently in English and Arabic, assist customers in-store, and perform hands-on technical work.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, upgrade, and customize gaming PCs based on customer requirements.
• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues for PCs and laptops.
• Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and gaming software.
• Perform screen, battery, and charging port replacements.
• Maintain and organize the gaming section for display and demo units.
• Assist customers with technical advice and compatible component selection.
• Provide excellent customer service and help close sales.
• Stay updated on gaming trends, components, and repair techniques.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in PC or gaming hardware assembly and repair.
• Good knowledge of CPUs, GPUs, RAM, motherboards, and cooling systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to speak English fluently (Arabic preferred).
• Experience in electronics or gaming retail is a plus.
• Willingness to work full-time and relocate within the UAE if required.

Trial Details

• Duration: 3 days
• You’ll be observed on how you diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot PC and laptop issues.
• Focus on screen, battery, and charging port replacements, as well as overall repair quality and speed.
• Strong performance may lead to selection and immediate joining.

• Interview is in person only.
