Garage Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Garage Supervisor to manage daily garage operations, oversee motorbike maintenance, and ensure smooth coordination between mechanics and operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of motorbike auto parts and basic computer skills for reporting and record keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the motorbike garage
• Ensure timely maintenance and repair of motorbikes
• Monitor spare parts usage and maintain inventory records
• Guide mechanics on troubleshooting and repairs
• Maintain service and maintenance reports using MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate with operations for bike availability
• Ensure safety standards and garage discipline are followed

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of motorbike auto parts and maintenance
• Previous experience in a motorbike garage or supervisory role
• Computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office and Excel
• Ability to manage mechanics and support staff
• Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred (Added Advantage):

• Experience in fleet or delivery company garages
• Knowledge of local traffic and insurance procedures
