Job Description

As a Graphic Designer at LAGRAN Software Solutions, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual designs that support branding, marketing, and digital initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing, development, and content teams to deliver impactful graphics for websites, social media, ads, product materials, and client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging designs for social media posts, banners, ads, and marketing campaigns.
• Design website graphics, UI elements, infographics, and promotional materials.
• Work on branding projects — logos, style guides, brochures, business cards, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts.
• Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and videos when required.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and creative best practices.
• Manage multiple design projects and deliver within deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe XD / Figma (optional but preferred)

• Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to bring creative ideas and translate them into effective designs.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Basic experience with video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Knowledge of UI/UX basics.
• Experience creating design assets for IT, software, or digital marketing industries.
• Familiarity with AI design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
