About the Role

We're looking for reliable and hardworking Garden Maintenance Workers to join our team. You'll be part of a supportive crew maintaining gardens, lawns, and outdoor areas across Karratha, Dampier and Cape Lambert.

What We're Looking For

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently or in a team
• Strong commitment to safe work practices
• Physically fit with good stamina for outdoor labour
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol screen and pre-employment medical

Desirable

• Current valid driver's licence (required for some sites)
• Previous gardening, landscaping or maintenance experience (not essential, we'll train the right person!)
