1. Mow lawn (very small space)

2. Keep fountain clean and filled.

3. Water all potted plants on Porch, deck, at office door, bicycle basket, etc.

4. Pull weeds in brick walk, around shrubs, side yard, along front fence, etc.

5. Inspect & clean as needed, all porch & deck furniture & cushions.

6. Keep cobwebs cleaned off porch windows & ceiling, all outside lights at all doors. Sweep and clean ashtrays & tables as needed.

7. Empty trash when needed on porch & deck.

8. Check parking lot, ramp and driveways. Keep picked up & swept.

Summary

As an Outside Grounds Keeper, you will be essential in maintaining the aesthetic and functional aspects of outdoor spaces. Reporting to the Grounds Manager, your core responsibilities will include landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and general upkeep of the property. Your relevant skills in lawn care, gardening, and the use of hand and power tools will enhance the beauty and health of the landscape.
