Job description: Lab Tecchnician( Fabrics/ Garments)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 (Depends on candidature)

Job Summary:

• Responsible for all the Lab activities
• Testing of all type of fabrics.
• Must know Count Construction.
• Operating instrument of UT-4, UT-5, UTJ-4, CSP, TPI, ClASSIMAT QUANTUM -2, TRASH SEPARATOR, BOARD WINDER TPI ,titan2 james heal Tensile & Tear Tester.
• Submitting of daily & monthly Reports to Higher Authorities.
• Fabric Inspection.
• Fiber Identification Processing Fabric.
• Testing of Fabric GSM, Count, Construction, Tear & Tensile strength, Shrinkage, Pilling & Abrasion test, CF to washing & Rubbing, pH, Light fastness by ISO & AATCC method.
• Received fabric checking shade grouping & delta E value.
• Monthly monitoring on Received fabric Inspection & Testing KPI report & mail to management.
• Monitoring Internal and External Audit Report

3-4 yrs exp As Lab Technician in Garment or Fabric Industry.
