Ensuring that all day to day operations and responsibilities are met for clients and vendors
Inventory tracking
Daily Warehouse pick Tickets and inventory reporting.
EDI management including cancel, routing, and shipment methods.
Working with sales and warehouse teams to review and correct style shortages and other production issues.
Routing goods from overseas Vendors to our USA clients and following all routing guide specifications.
Order Entry / Allocation Coordinator Order entry cross checking while working with sales to ensure styles and deadlines are met.
Running daily reports for warehouse inventory accuracy and picking.
Prepare and send invoices to customers.
Upload to Factor all invoices
Record individualized buyer styles and orders into company system.
Process CAD details and changes for production team.
Sort and log in factory samples in company system.
follow up on factory samples.
Work alongside sales staff follow up customer needs.
